Refund policy

Since Publish Music (publishmusic.com) provides non-tangible irrevocable services, we cannot issue refunds once an order has been processed and the service has started. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any service from our website.

Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for cancellation. If your order is eligible, you can request cancellation directly through your customer account at:

Cancellation eligibility is determined in accordance with our current cancellation rules.

EU Customers

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you expressly request that Publish Music begins providing the purchased service immediately upon purchase and before the expiration of the 14 day withdrawal period. By placing your order and accepting our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may not open a dispute or chargeback against Publish Music for any reason covered by our Terms of Service.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise regarding the nature of the services we provide.

Therefore, we do honor refund requests in the following circumstance:

Delay of the Service

In some cases, processing times may be longer than expected. If your order has not yet been processed, you may be eligible to cancel it within 24 hours of purchase directly through your customer account at:

Claims relating to service delays must be submitted within 24 hours of the order date.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
