Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, try before you buy or via installments. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. It will automatically renew at the price and frequency listed until it is cancelled.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so up to 3 days before your next renewal. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or from your customer account. 
If you‘re using a discount code with a subscription, please note that it may only be valid for your first payment. The price of your active subscription can therefore change on the next recurring payment.
When cancelling your subscription for Instagram Engagement, you‘ll be removed from the group chat immediately.
Orders can only be refunded if they haven‘t been processed / fulfilled yet.

You agree to not open a Dispute / Chargeback against Publish Music if you forgot to cancel your subscription. 

Try before you buy / free trials
When you purchase a try before you buy service, or start a free trial, we authorize your payment method by charging it with CHF 1.00 before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you like the service and want to stay subscribed. Once the time period has passed, if you have not cancelled your subscription, we will charge your payment method for the full amount listed.

Installments
When you purchase a service in installments, you agree that Splitit requests authorization from your card company, reserving the total purchase amount from the shopper's available line of credit upfront. Then, each month, according to your payment plan, the installment amount is collected, and Splitit requests authorization for the remaining balance. This type of purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can pay off your remaining balance early to end the payment plan.
